The Rapper Skillz hails from the VA, he is quite clever in his lyrics, and I thought it was kewl how he made him self more known by doing those anticipated yearly freestyles, the "RAP-UPS". L.A.'s Power 106 is where I first heard of skillz, they showed him madd love, i thought he was from L.A.
